2007 T-SHIRT DESIGN FORM
Attention all
team members, coaches, officials and other interested individuals. The North Carolina Odyssey of the Mind Board
of Directors would like your participation in designing the NCOM T-shirt for
2007. The Board would like to encourage
you to submit a design for a T-shirt, which will be considered by the NC
T-shirt Selection Committee. Your
design must be submitted to the Chair of the T-shirt Selection Committee at the
address listed below no later than
The design should
represent NC in some way and bear the letters NCOM or NC Odyssey of the
Mind. The North Carolina Odyssey of the
Mind Program would enjoy something unique, colorful, and eye-catching!
Please limit your
design to one sheet of regular sized paper.
You may submit any number of designs.
Odyssey of the Mind members are permitted to use Odyssey of the Mind, the Odyssey of the Mind acorn head logo, and OMER in their design. The letters “O” and “M” should not be used
in combination. If you use any
copyrighted materials, you must have written permission. Please include the following information
